AERIE MEMBERSHIP

Practicing Artist Membership fee is $100 per year

ABOUT AERIE CREATIVE ECOLOGY

The Aerie Creative Ecology (ACE) is based at Burrinja in Upwey, and has been created as part of the 2019 redevelopment funded by Yarra Ranges Council and the Victorian Government’s Growing Suburbs fund.

The intentions of ACE are to cultivate creative expression, promote creative economies and foster creative connections. ACE is a place that aims to be:

a playful / creative / social / cultural space
accessible to all
inviting to a diverse community of artists
a hub for artists and creatives
a nurturing program that provides support at all levels
a place to connect and collaborate with other creatives

If you have purchased the full membership you will be ready to access your member benefits straight away!

Log into the burrinja box office using the same details you signed up with (click the link below). Once you have logged in you will see the free events available and be able to access members pricing for any paid events or facilities.

You will also receive a welcome pack detailing this information. This will also be an opportunity for you to tell us more about who you are and what you want to get out of your aerie membership.

BOOK A DESK

HOT DESKS & MAKING SPACES

aerie members can book a creative working space for a daily or weekly rate. Hot desks are available during Burrinja business hours (10.30am – 4.00pm Wednesday to Sunday).

HOT DESK MAKING SPACE

This is a shared studio space with the flexibility to be what you need. Easels, large tables and chairs available as required. Great for painting (no smelly paints), drawing, 3d and large scale art. This space can fit up to 6 people working independently or a perfect location to work on collaborative projects. We have made 2 desks available for creative/making hot desking, to book , simply select desk #1 or desk #2.

Daily rate – $35 (aerie members), $75 (non-members)

Weekly rate (up to 6 consecutive days) – $120 (members only)
