Kristin combines kiln formed glass, botanical specimens and printing methods to explore the concepts of ‘fragile strength’, ephemerality and permanence. Kristin collects fallen flowers and ubiquitous weeds that she preserves and combines with layers of glass to capture a moment in time. Kristin is an artist at the Aerie Studios at Burrinja.
